Psalm 18:30
“As for God, his way is perfect; the word of the Lord is tried; he is a buckler to all those that trust in him.”

To be tried is to be proven, the word of God has been proven never to fail.

Take a moment and look outside at the world, everything that you see exist and remains because of the word of God.  Isaiah 40:26 says, “Lift up your eyes on high, and behold who hath created these things, that bringeth out their host by number; he calleth them all by names by the greatness of his might, for that he is strong in power; not one faileth.”  Day and night testifies to the fact that God’s word never fails (Jer. 33:20).  He is faithful.

The word of the Lord is Jesus Christ, he has been proven never to fail.  You can confidently put your trust in him because he has stood the test.  He hung on the cross, died for our sins, rose again on the third day and lives for evermore.  He has been proven never to fail.

Therefore, whatever God’s word says about you, whatever his word says you can do and whatever his word says you can have it has been proven never to fail.  You can stand on it because it shall surely come to pass.

When Abraham was yet without a child God spoke about his seed and how they would be in Egyptian captivity for four hundred years and that he would visit them and bring them out with great substance (Gen. 15:13-16).  Four hundred and thirty years after Israel went into Egypt they come out just as God said (Exodus 12:40-41).   Use the way that’s been proven Jesus Christ the Son of the Living God.
