Numbers 23:19

“God is not a man, that He should lie; neither the son of man that He should repent; hath He said, and shall He not do it? Or hath He spoken, and shall He not make it good?”

Men lie but God cannot lie every word that God speaks is true.  I’ll say that again, every word that God speaks is true.  We have 66 books of words spoken by God and each word of each book is filled with the truth.  They’re filled with great and wonderful promises that are true for you and I.

The scripture says “hath He said, and shall He not do it?  Or hath He spoken and shall He not make it good?” If God said a thing and not do it that would make Him a liar and we know it is impossible for God to lie. Men lie but God cannot lie. Therefore, every word that He speaks, every promise that He’s made is true.

Now if you are a believer, you believe what God says and God says in Galatians 3:9 that they which be of faith are blessed with faithful Abraham.  Faith causes you to be in expectation of seeing what you’ve heard God say manifest in your life.   We are in expectation of seeing the blessings of Abraham manifest in our lives.  And if we are in expectation we are in preparation.   Abraham was very rich are you preparing for the riches? Abraham ran a large household of servants? Are you preparing for the increase in your business or ministry? Are you preparing for that promotion? Are you preparing for that husband or wife? Remember God is not a man that He should lie; neither the son of man that He should repent.  If He said it He will do it and if He spoke it He will make it good?

Therefore, “Enlarge the place of your tent, and let them stretch forth the curtains of thine habitations; spare not, lengthen thy cords, and strengthen thy stakes. For thou shalt break forth on the right hand and on the left…” (Isa 54:2-3).  In other words, get ready because if God said it, it shall come to pass!
