Ephesians 1:3
“Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ.”
God gave us everything that we will ever need when He gave us Jesus. We just need to realize that we already have it!
Truly, I mean everything, healing, deliverance, love, joy, peace, prosperity, if it has a name and you need it God has already supplied it through Christ in you. However, as long as you think that you have to obtain those things they will remain unattainable.
God is not going to do anything else, He has done His part and Jesus has done His part but we just keep asking God to do what He has already done. While we’re crying and begging God to prosper us, to heal us , to deliver us, God is saying okay I’ve already done it! The scripture says, who “HATH blessed us with all spiritual blessings.” It took me a while to get it but I’ve got “hath” means it’s already done. Listen, I’m not that smart if I can get so can you. God has already blessed us with everything we need through Christ Jesus.
In Ephesians 1:17-18 Paul is praying for the church and he prays, “That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory may give unto you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Him. The eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that ye may know what is the hope of His calling, and what the riches of the glory of His inheritance in the saints.” Notice Paul is not asking God to give them anything is praying that they would recognize what they already have in Christ.
Now that you know that God has already done His part and Jesus has done His part and that you already have what you need, it’s time to change your way of thinking. See yourself as having all, as being blessed with all spiritual blessings in Christ. No longer do you have to cry “Oh Lord prosper me” you can now cry “Oh Lord I thank you that you have already prospered me through Christ and I receive now.”
